Yesterday I heard introvert defined as someone who prefers lower stimulus environments and I thought, Oh! That explains just about everything!

    That depends on your definition of stimulus. I find "the great out doors" very stimulating-The trees, mountains, hills, animals, bugs, colors, wind, clouds, bodies of water, I could go on and on. There is so much to take in!

    Also I prefer the company of one intellectual and very stimulating person (such as yourself) than I do watching reality TV with with a group of people (that's mind numbing not stimulus).
